A Venmo Scam text is constantly being circulated that claims your Venmo account is in danger of being withdrawn by a third party. It requests your username, password and bank card information to cancel the transaction. Beware! It’s a scam.

Venmo users are being targeted by this new scam. The scammer sends you a text message and after you click it, your funds may be gone forever.

More than 100 people are currently complaining about receiving This Venmo Scam Text in July 2022. This text contains a malicious hyperlink that aims at stealing your financial and personal information.

Venmo Scam Text – What is it?

This is a scammer’s text requesting your personal information to use to scam you. They claim that Venmo is being withdrawn by a third party and request your username, password and bank card information to cancel the transaction.

Do not be fooled. Do not follow the instructions. It’s all a scam! It’s all a scam!

You will be redirected to other phishing sites that can trick victims and hack their personal data by clicking on the link in the text message. Click on the link to get this message.
