What is the Work of it?
Scammers created the text message to steal account credentials and personal financial information. To’reschedule’ the delivery, users will be asked to enter their credit card information in order to pay the PS1.45 service charge.
Here is where the scam begins. These scammers will take your credit card details and delete all the money in your bank account. They are not the legitimate Hermes delivery company and don’t have any parcels for you.
These scammers have so far used the following websites:
parcel-redelivery-fee.com
https://hermes-reshipping.com
Hermes-parcel-fee.com
https://hermes.check-online-reschedule.com
How can you tell if it’s a scam? You will get redirected to the exact same page with missing delivery if you attempt to use random postcodes.
Contact your bank immediately if you submit financial information to the fake website.
