Tips to Protect Your Apple Devices and Account

  • If you are unable to verify that the recipient is real, don’t share credit card numbers or personal information.
  • Your Apple ID should be protected Two-factor authentication is recommended. Keep your contact information up to date and secure. Never share your Apple ID passwords or verification codes with anyone. Apple does not ask for this information in order to provide support.
  • Only download software from trusted sources.
  • Do not follow links, open attachments or save them in unsolicited messages.
